Adding the signature to Gmail:

  1. Click "Copy Signature to Clipboard" button
  2. In your gmail, click the gear icon (right below profile picture)
  3. Click "All Settings" from drop-down menu
  4. Scroll down to "Signature" section
  5. Click in the text editor box for signature
  6. Paste with Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac), or right-click -> "Paste"
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save"
  8. Click "Compose" to verify your new signature works.
